One Great Example for personal welfare is
once a beggar came to Hazrat Mohammed (SM), the prophet of Islam and explained his grievance. Mohammed heard him but didn't encourage him in begging. He told "You are young enough to work & manage food by your own and also asked him "Is there anything you have which you can sell?" The beggar replied "I have only one blanket which I can sell". Then Mohammed suggested him to sell it and to buy an axe with that money, then to go to forest for cutting firewood and to sell the wood in the Market finally to buy food for his house. The beggar followed his each advice and became self-sufficient.
Our view is like that. We want people to be self developed by their own effort. We just can help them by giving technical & mental support. We don’t want to make them crippled by giving only donation. We are a charity but want to make a result on sustainable development of the community.

Mother...
"Mother" the word where every person stops for a while, memorizes some sweetest memories & can express himself without keeping any secrecy. "Mother" is the only secured place where every person can take shelter from the sorrows and grievance of the cruel world. But now a days what we see? We don’t want to spend our valuable time for this happiness. In the developed countries we want to get rid of our duties & responsibilities by sending them to old age home & then by visiting once in a month. In the 3rd world countries like Bangladesh where 80 percent people live under poverty level the old aged people are a burden in the society. People of low income level often forget that when they were children, they had nobody except their parents to survive. When these parents grow older they have to depend on their children because the parents of these old aged people had already died. So, we have to awake our inner drives for our parents. If they had options, they would never depend on their children.
